Best Times to Visit Seattle

The best time to visit Seattle is from September to October. Summer is the city's high season so the room rates rise and it's hard to get around, while cold winter weather is not the time for the best sightseeing. So early fall is a perfect time for tourism. There is still some good summer weather but the crowds have dispersed so there are plenty of hotel rooms.

Spring can be a great time for bargain hunting and hotels have not raised their rates for the summer tourist season. But there are Pacific winds and lots of rain. The average springtime temperature ranges from 55 to 65°F but the chill in the air makes it feel cooler so make sure to pack warm layers.
